I first met Jayson Robert Murray in the spring of 1990, when I got a temp job doing light-industrial work at SCO in Santa Cruz. I didn't talk to him until my second or third night, but we became inseparable shortly thereafter, and remained so until his death in April 1993. |

The photo below shows Jay holding his birthday cake, as decorated by me, on August 30, 1992. That was the last birthday he celebrated. The design in the lower righthand corner of the cake is a Jerusalem Cross, and Jay had that tattooed on him. To learn more about that tattoo, go HERE. |
