Some are regular dispensers and some incorporate glow-in-the-dark features.
Witches
The far left witch is one of the ones where the head is made of three separate pieces. The hair bits on the side aren't attached to the face. That's a desirable older one. Then I've got some more recent witches, one regular and one in glow-in-the-dark. Both of these have heads that are one molded piece. The far right PEZ dispenser is the most recent witch with glow stem and bat detailing.
Pumpkins
The pumpkin heads really have gotten much larger in the last two redesigns and they too now incorporate glow-in-the-dark features.
