Jungian Clay Meditation One of the workshops I took during PantheaCon 2002 was entitled "Clay Meditation." About 40 people crowded into a room, mostly sitting on the floor. We all got a paper plate, a piece of waxed paper, a flat wooden stir stick, a toothpick, access to a cup of water and a ball of clay. We chanted a bit to raise energy, then some tribal music was put on, and we all started to just create. We were supposed to not try and think about it, so that the creation would reflect our unconscious mind. Here is what I made. |
